Carina’s Bakery is a vegan Scandinavian bakery owned and run predominately by individuals with physical or mental challenges. Carina started her bakery, being partially blind, knowing that someone with vision loss and health issues can create and thrive in a physical job.

Carina has created a community for her bakers to apply their unique and creative ABILITYs to their work.

Located in Beaverton, Oregon, Carina’s Bakery is a certified Oregon Benefit Company.

Carina’s five year plan is to expand to encompass a non-profit aiding in entrepreneurship and career placement, training more individuals with disABILITIES.
