The Pastry Project provides free baking and pastry training, as well as job placement assistance to individuals in our community that face barriers to education and employment.
Founders Emily and Heather saw inequities in the pastry profession pipeline and wanted to create a program to give opportunity to those that might not otherwise have it.
We were proud to partner with this amazing organization in early 2020 when they were launching their pilot program.
